Where are ABSOLUTE services available?

You may avail of ABSOLUTE services through any of our 40 partner branches throughout Greater Metro Manila. Simply bring your items to the branch most convenient for you. No appointment is necessary.

Operating hours may vary depending on the partner laundry shop and its location.

  As a general guide, most partner branches observe the following hours:
  Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  Sundays and Special Holidays: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  Regular Holidays: No operations

Some partner branches are also open 24 hours.

We always prefer customers to visit one of our partner locations because it offers greater peace of mind. Wedding gowns, designer gowns, and luxury items are often worth thousands of pesos, making face-to-face turnover at a physical branch the safer option. It gives you the assurance of dealing with a REAL person, instead of entrusting your valuables to a faceless website or social media page where someone may run away with your item.

Nevertheless, for customers who require pick-up and delivery service, there are two options:

1. Most Economical
The customer books a rider. Once the item is received at METROPOLE Branch 56, P. Guevarra, San Juan, the service fee may be paid via GCash. 2. More Convenient
Customers may book a pick-up and delivery service through METROPOLE Logistics. A processing fee will be charged. Direct link to the (METROPOLE Website Page)[https://metropolelaundry.ph/]

Under both options, service is paid once the items are received, and online forms will be sent to the customer for signature.

We provide options. But when the item matters, we believe the safest way to begin is face-to-face at one of our partner branches. 

ABSOLUTE does not operate provincial branches. However, customers outside Greater Metro Manila may still avail of our services through nationwide shipping.

We know that world-class apparel care is not always easily accessible in every part of the country. We also understand how much the memories woven into your apparel can mean. That is why ABSOLUTE gladly accepts items from customers across the Philippines.

We have been serving provincial customers through this service model for many years, and it has already proven its reliability and practicality as a trusted way to access ABSOLUTE’s world-class delicate care services even from outside Metro Manila.

Turnaround time depends on the type of item entrusted for service. As a general guide:

a) Items without foam or beads: 3 to 4 days
b) Items with beads: 5 to 6 days
c) Items with stuffing or foam: 7 to 8 days
d) Sneakers: 3 to 4 days
e) Boots: 5 to 6 days

The service time for each item type is listed on our Price List page. The due date will be indicated on your claim stub at the time of service.
