We value honesty and transparency, so we want to make it clear to you: while we apply best cleaning practices and take great care with every item, we do not hold certification in bag cleaning—unlike our certifications for wedding gown care, professional dry-cleaning, and also Leather Care. While our long-term customers are very happy and satisfied with our bag cleaning service, we want to be transparent that we are not certified in bag cleaning.

We do NOT steam clean bags. This practice is known in the industry to cause more harm than good and only implemented by newbies. Instead, we utilize deep cleaning methods designed to protect your bags for the long term.
Our secret is we have Bag drying machines. It is easy to clean bags. The hard part is drying the bag inside and out. With our equipment we are able to dry the inside of the bag, eliminating bad odors and growth of molds. We do not sun dry your bags and rain or shine we have the same consistent quality.

We show the actual bags we clean on a regular basis, so you have a clear overview of the bags we accept for cleaning. This page is intended to offer transparent information should you choose to include your bags along with your usual dry-cleaning and sneaker cleaning orders.

We do not accept designer handbags.

We want to be completely transparent about the limitations of our service — our bag cleaning service is not intended for high-end fashion bags, simply because we do not have the expertise to authenticate designer bags.

Our bag cleaning service is intended for durable, everyday-use items such as backpacks, golf bags, and luggage. These types of bags are less delicate and better suited to our cleaning process. Using our automated system, we can deep clean these bags thoroughly to deliver a clean and reliable result.

At this time, we regret that we cannot accept any designer or luxury bags for cleaning. We are confident there are shops and service providers with the certification to care for designer bags. Just make sure to ask them for the certification before surrendering your precious designer bag.

SERVICE LIMITATION

In compliance with industry best practices, our COMPANY is providing disclosure and information that we require a WAIVER for the services under this page.

We acknowledge that despite the utmost care provided to customer items, there are instances where issues may arise after processing. For this reason, before accepting any item, customers are provided with the Delicate Care Item Processing Disclosure and Waiver Form 2025-02-01 to ensure transparency regarding potential risks.

The service we offer is Deep Cleaning, not restoration which will cost 20X more.

Even with our state-of-the-art technology, our service is only as good as the condition of the items we receive for cleaning. The harmful effects of exposure to sunlight, heat, humidity, and air pollution may result to:

(a) SUNFADING, DISCOLORATION and COLOR FADING due to prolonged exposure to sunlight.

(b) YELLOWING due to the combined effects of age, moisture, light, heat and other atmospheric spoils.

(g) DRY-ROT - The breakdown of adhesive materials(Dry-rot) will result to the partial or complete separation of materials glued together.

ABSOLUTE Bag Deep Cleaning CANNOT:

Remove Crumple Marks because of regular use and improper storage.
Remove Color Fading and rub marks.
Soften Hard Leather due to lack for regular conditioning.
Restore cracked and torn materials.
Repair zippers and buttons.

As we shared in the introduction, while we apply best cleaning practices and take great care with every item, we do not hold certification in bag cleaning.

If these conditions are not acceptable, it may be best to bring your bag elsewhere.

LIMITED LIABILITY POLICY: Item based Pricing

All items accepted for service are covered by a limited liability policy which is not intended to question the value of an item or diminish its significance in any manner. This policy is implemented to align with our pricing structure, rooted in the categorization of items based on type or weight, and not contingent on their purchase value. Each item, regardless of its acquisition cost, is subjected to a standardized service price, ensuring fairness and consistency in our service transactions.

For the reason stated our COMPANY uses the Service Price as the basis of the liability of the Company should an item be lost or damaged. Should the COMPANY elect the option of paying the value of the item, its liability shall not exceed TEN (10) TIMES the service fee charged for laundering or dry-cleaning the subject item.

If a customer would like to be compensated based on the full purchase value of an item:

(a) Provide to our Company a copy of the purchase receipt before surrendering subject item for service.

(b) Service fee for cleaning the item will be 50% of the purchase price of the item.

The basis for the Full Value Option of the subject item shall be the service price recorded by the staff in the Claim Stub and official Receipt as paid by the customer.
