1. Where are your services available?

We have 40 partner branches to serve you. No appointment is necessary. Click for List of partner branches.

We offer a plant-based service model that has proven safe and reliable through more than 20 years of operations. While these branches may carry different business names, ABSOLUTE is the company that processes the items entrusted for delicate care.

Our plant-based service model allows every item entrusted to ABSOLUTE to receive the world-class care that small laundry shops cannot provide.

2. Do you have a price list?

ABSOLUTE is proud to be Manila’s only dry-cleaner to maintain full online pricing disclosure. We publish our complete service rates on our website to provide clear, upfront pricing for everyone.

Service fees for children’s items are 15% lower than adult item rates.

3. Do you offer pick-up and delivery service?

We always recommend that customers visit one of our 40 partner branches because it offers peace of mind. Face-to-face turnover at a physical branch is the safer option, giving you the assurance of dealing with a REAL person when surrendering a valuable item for service.

Nevertheless, for customers who require pick-up and delivery service, there are two options:

1. Most Economical
The customer books a rider. Once the item is received at METROPOLE Branch 56, P. Guevarra, San Juan, the service fee may be paid via GCash. When the item is ready, the customer books a rider again for claiming. No processing fee will be charged. Direct link to Branch 56.

2. More Convenient
Customers may book a pick-up and delivery service through METROPOLE Logistics. A processing fee will be charged. Direct link to the METROPOLE Website Page.

We provide options, but when the item matters, we believe the safest way to begin is face-to-face at one of our partner branches. We hope this helps.
