Send an email expressing your interest in the ABSOLUTE Recovery Service. To aid our evaluation, kindly provide clear photographs of the item you wish to recover.
2. Submit your item for Standard Dry-Cleaning
- Bring your garment to any Partner Laundry Shop branch for the Standard Dry-Cleaning Service.
- Inform the attending staff to indicate “For Recovery Service Evaluation” in the instruction area.
3. Pay for Standard Dry-Cleaning
At this point, payment is required only for the Standard Dry-Cleaning Service.
4. Notify us of item submission
Please email ABSOLUTE your Claim Stub number to notify our team that your item has been submitted.
5. Item evaluation by ABSOLUTE
Upon receipt of the item from the partner branch, our expert team will carefully assess its condition. We will inform you of any pre-existing issues that may affect the recovery process and provide a detailed evaluation along with before-processing photographs.
6. Approval to proceed
After reviewing the evaluation, please confirm with us when you are ready to proceed with the Recovery Service.
7. Recovery Service processing
Our specialists will carry out the meticulous recovery process on your item.
8. Before-and-after documentation
Upon completion, we will provide you with before-and-after photographs showcasing the results of the Recovery Service.
9. Payment for Recovery Service
Our service fees are carefully structured to reflect the level of care and expertise involved:
- Recovery service fee is 3 times the standard ABSOLUTE Dry-Cleaning service fee.
- For gowns and beaded items, the fee is 2 times the ABSOLUTE Dry-Cleaning service fee.
Please note, these rates apply only upon successful recovery of your garment. In cases where stains or damage remain, only the standard dry-cleaning service charge will apply.
Payment can be conveniently made via GCash.
- If the Recovery Service is successful, the appropriate recovery fee applies.
- If not successful, only the initial Standard Dry-Cleaning fee will be charged.
10. Item collection
Once payment is received, ABSOLUTE will inform you of the date and time when the item will be ready for collection at the partner branch where you initially submitted it.
