Yes we can clean sandals like BIRKENSTOCK as long as it has a rubber sole. Most of the time, what your footwear really need is CleaNICKS deep cleaning — to keep them fresh smelling, authentic, and looking their best.
We do not recommend CleaNICKS for footwear with leather sole because the sole will become too slippery and unsafe.

CleaNICKS does not provide unyellowing or re-gluing services. Shoes with expired glue or fabric tears will be rejected for service.
(b) We do not commit that ultrasonic cleaning will bring your Sneakers to the Brand-New condition.
(c) No guarantee on removal of deep set stains, fabric fold marks, scuff marks and wear and tear.

1. SAFE on your FEET! We never use harsh chemicals or "sauce" that can irritate or BURN your skin when wearing sneakers without socks. With our deep-cleaning process, your shoes are cleaned inside and out, ensuring they're safe and comfortable to wear—sockless or not!
2. SAFE on GLUE. We DO NOT USE High Temperature that may damage the special sole and glue used in making your sneakers. Sneaker lovers know that that HEAT is the No.1 enemy of our sneaks.
3. SAFE on DESIGNS, NO SWIRL MARKS on BLACK SNEAKS. No hard bristle brushes are used that may cause scratches and rub marks Specially on Dark Colors. NO KUSKOS, we only use SOUND WAVES.
4. SAFE on WHITE SNEAKERS NO YELLOWING. White Sneaks do not turn yellowish, because no harsh chemicals.
5. CLEAN! Even dirt deep in the fabric is blasted away by Ultrasonic Soundwaves.
6. COMPLETE. Our cleaning service includes Laces, insole, outsole, in effect the whole shoe! And after the cleaning the shoes are sanitized.

We acknowledge that despite the utmost care provided to customer items, there are instances where issues may arise after processing. For this reason, before accepting any item, customers are provided with the SNEAKERS PROCESSING DISCLOSURE, WAIVER and RELEASE FORM to ensure transparency regarding potential risks.
Additionally, we make information about our Limited Liability Policy readily available below, allowing customers to review our policies even before visiting our laundry shop partners. Thank you.
LIMITED LIABILITY POLICY: Item based Pricing
All items accepted for service are covered by a limited liability policy which is not intended to question the value of an item or diminish its significance in any manner. This policy is implemented to align with our pricing structure, rooted in the categorization of items based on type or weight, and not contingent on their purchase value. Each item, regardless of its acquisition cost, is subjected to a standardized service price, ensuring fairness and consistency in our service transactions.
For the reason stated our COMPANY uses the Service Price as the basis of the liability of the Company should an item be lost or damaged. Should the COMPANY elect the option of paying the value of the item, its liability shall not exceed TEN (10) TIMES the service fee charged for laundering or dry-cleaning the subject item.
If a customer would like to be compensated based on the full purchase value of an item:
(a) Provide to our Company a copy of the purchase receipt before surrendering subject item for service.
(b) Service fee for cleaning the item will be 50% of the purchase price of the item.
The basis for the Full Value Option of the subject item shall be the service price recorded by the staff in the Claim Stub and official Receipt as paid by the customer.
Customer satisfaction is important for our COMPANY. Our company is committed to providing a refund of the service fee in cases where customers are dissatisfied with the service quality.
To initiate this process, customers are required to: (1) Complete a Customer Complaint Action Form (CCAF) available at the branch where the service was availed. (2) The return of the Official Receipt for documentation of the refunded transaction. (3) Return of the actual item is necessary for proper verification by the ABSOLUTE Management team based on the stated feedback.
