We understand how much the memories woven into your apparel mean to you. We also recognize that world-class apparel care isn’t always easily accessible in every location, which is why ABSOLUTE gladly accepts items from customers across the Philippines.
We are here to help. You have two convenient options to send your items to us:
a) Ship your items to a relative or trusted contact in Manila, who can bring them to any of our 40 partner laundry shops in the Greater Manila Area.
b) Ship your items directly to ABSOLUTE.
Our service fee remains the same whether you visit any of our partner branches or send your items directly to us. The only additional costs are the shipping fees for sending your items to ABSOLUTE and for their return delivery.
Be confident. ABSOLUTE applies over twenty years of expertise, state-of-the-art equipment, and international standards to the care for your delicate items. We are the largest dry-cleaner in Manila. Our 2,500-square-meter centralized facility allows us to consolidate specialized equipment and experienced technicians at a single site, achieving a level of expertise small laundry shops cannot match.

Initial Steps
1. Initial Inquiry. Email us your interest in availing of any ABSOLUTE Dry-cleaners service.
- Please include clear photographs of the item(s) to help us evaluate their condition.
- Note any specific stains, fabric tears or holes, and any special instructions.
2. Service Confirmation
- We will review your email and respond to confirm if we can provide service for your item(s).
- We will also provide the service price and estimated lead time.
Recommended Procedure for a Nationwide Shipping
SHIPPING
1. Initial Inquiry: Email us your interest in availing of any ABSOLUTE Dry-Cleaners service.
- Please include clear photographs of the item(s) to help us evaluate their condition.
- Note any specific stains, fabric tears or holes, and any special instructions.
2. Service Confirmation: We will review your email and respond to confirm if we can provide service for your item(s).
- We will also provide the service price and estimated lead time.
3. Secure Packaging: Carefully pack your items in a sturdy box to protect them during transit. Note: LBC branches offer boxes that you may use for shipping.
4. Shipping: Use a reliable courier service with tracking to send your package to our facility.
5. Shipment Notification: Inform us of your shipment details and tracking number so we can monitor your package and keep you updated.
PROCESSING
6. Pre-Processing Inspection
Upon receipt, ABSOLUTE will carefully inspect your item(s).
We will inform you of any pre-existing conditions that may affect the cleaning process and provide a detailed assessment, including before-processing photographs.
7. Payment Details
We will provide the final service fee and payment instructions, typically via G-Cash or similar platforms. Our service fee remains the same whether you visit any of our partner branches or send your items directly to us.
8. Payment Confirmation
Once payment is made, please send us a screenshot for verification and advise us to proceed with the service.
9. Post-Service Update
After cleaning, we will send you photographs of the item(s) to show the results.
RETURN SHIPMENT
10. Packaging for Return: Your item(s) will be placed on hangers and covered with plastic bags before being packed back into the original shipping box.
- Customers may also opt to order a new white generic box as an inner shipment box.
11. Return Shipment: We will ship the item(s) to the original shipping address unless you request an alternative address.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Collect shipping may be selected if preferred.
12. Delivery Confirmation: We kindly request confirmation once you have received your item(s) in good condition.

Sadly in over 20 years of caring for wedding gowns, we’ve seen this beautiful legacy lost due to improper storage—yellowed fabric, permanent stains, and irreversible damage. It is sad that for about the cost of a fancy dinner - the legacy gown was lost.
