We are here to help. You have two convenient options to send your items to us:
a) Ship your items to a relative or trusted contact in Manila, who can bring them to any of our 40 partner laundry shops in the Greater Manila Area.
b) Ship your items directly to ABSOLUTE.
Our service fee remains the same whether you visit any of our partner branches or send your items directly to us. The only additional costs are the shipping fees for sending your items to ABSOLUTE and for their return delivery.

2. Service Confirmation: We will review your email and respond to confirm if we can provide service for your item(s).
3. Secure Packaging: Carefully pack your items in a sturdy box to protect them during transit. Note: LBC branches offer boxes that you may use for shipping.
4. Shipping: Use a reliable courier service with tracking to send your package to our facility.
5. Shipment Notification: Inform us of your shipment details and tracking number so we can monitor your package and keep you updated.
6. Pre-Processing Inspection
Upon receipt, ABSOLUTE will carefully inspect your item(s).
We will inform you of any pre-existing conditions that may affect the cleaning process and provide a detailed assessment, including before-processing photographs.
7. Payment Details
We will provide the final service fee and payment instructions, typically via G-Cash or similar platforms. Our service fee remains the same whether you visit any of our partner branches or send your items directly to us.
8. Payment Confirmation
Once payment is made, please send us a screenshot for verification and advise us to proceed with the service.
9. Post-Service Update
After cleaning, we will send you photographs of the item(s) to show the results.
10. Packaging for Return: Your item(s) will be placed on hangers and covered with plastic bags before being packed back into the original shipping box.
11. Return Shipment: We will ship the item(s) to the original shipping address unless you request an alternative address.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Collect shipping may be selected if preferred.
12. Delivery Confirmation: We kindly request confirmation once you have received your item(s) in good condition.
