Partnership, Not Franchise

ABSOLUTE Laundry & Dry-Cleaners, Inc. (ABSOLUTE) is the largest dry-cleaning Company in Metro Manila, providing World Class Delicate Care and Specialty Cleaning services. ABSOLUTE is open to partnerships with select laundry shops that align with its commitment to premium service and customer satisfaction.

ABSOLUTE does not offer franchises.

Instead, we form partnerships with selected laundry shop owners who share our standards for premium service, proper garment care, operational discipline, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements for Partnership

A. Shared Values – The laundry shop owner must align with ABSOLUTE’s dedication to delivering the highest level of service, following strict Standard Operating procedures. and value for long terms relationships.

B. Premium Brand Positioning – The laundry shop must maintain a premium market presence, reflecting the same high standards that define ABSOLUTE.

C. Customer Item Safety – Shop design is safe and allows for proper handling of all customer items. A glass frontage and a counter, are minimum requirements to ensure proper handling and storage if items. Open front concept is not acceptable.

Minimum Site requirements

1. ADEQUATE STORAGE FACILITIES: The partner branch must have secure and dedicated space for hanger racks and proper storage of customer items awaiting pick-up or release.

2. PARKING: A suitable parking area must also be available for our delivery vehicles in order to avoid towing, clamping, or traffic obstruction.

3. ACCESSIBLE: The shop location must be accessible to our delivery routes and must not conflict with the protected service area of an existing ABSOLUTE Partner Branch.

4. LOCATION: ABSOLUTE grants area exclusivity to its partner branches.

A proposed partner location must not be within 3 kilometers of an existing ABSOLUTE Partner Branch, including locations operated by METROPOLE, WECLEAN, INSTAWASH, and LYN’S Laundry.

These criteria are non-negotiable. ABSOLUTE will only establish partnerships with laundry shops that meet these standards, as we consider them the minimum requirements for ensuring high-quality customer service.

How to Inquire

If your laundry shop is aligned with our standards and prepared to represent ABSOLUTE’s level of garment care and customer service, please send Submit a Letter of Intent to ABSOLUTE.

The letter must include (1) a brief introduction about your company, (2) Your name, (3) Contact Number, and the (4) exact address of the laundry shop applying for the partnership.

It is highly recommended that partner applicants provide photographs of their laundry shop to facilitate the initial evaluation process.

Business Meeting – If the laundry shop meets ABSOLUTE’s evaluation criteria, a meeting between the owners will be scheduled at ABSOLUTE’s main plant to discuss expectations, operational requirements, and partnership terms.
