Leather and suede require routine conditioning and cleaning every six months to maintain their natural elegance and keep them looking their best. Without regular care, these materials can dry out permanently, resulting in uneven patches, discoloration, and cracking — outcomes no one wants for their favorite leather wear. As Manila's largest dry-cleaning company, ABSOLUTE employs specialized equipment to meticulously clean, sanitize, and refresh your leather jackets and apparel. Our training in foreign countries, coupled with years of hands-on experience, has conclusively proven - NEVER STEAM CLEAN LEATHER as it will lead to dull colors and a stiff finish, because high temperature washes away the natural oils of the leather. We Guarantee to our customers that we do not employ harmful steam and manual brushing often seen at small laundry shops.

Please be advised that once leather or suede has dried out, our professional care services cannot fully restore the material to its original condition. Furthermore, items that are severely dried or have been neglected may be subject to certain risks during the cleaning process. Such risks include, but are not limited to, discoloration, uneven finish, cracking, and additional textural changes. By proceeding with the service, the client acknowledges and accepts these potential limitations and risks inherent in the treatment of damaged leather or suede.

Not all Leather Jackets are BLACK. Here we share a salmon colored Leather Jacket expertly cleaned by ABSOLUTE.
We do NOT use steam and brushing. Our Cold cleaning process ensures that the color is maintained while preserving the softness of natural leather. The meticulous care of leather sets apart professionals from amateurs in the cleaning industry.
TIP: Never crumple leather because crease marks become permanent. Send the items to ABSOLUTE in a hanger to avoid crumple marks

Tip: Leather requires routine conditioning, as well as cleansing to preserve its elegance as well as stop natural leather from drying or fracturing in time. We recommend cleaning every 6months.

Compared to leather, suede is recognized as a luxury material, susceptible to water damage, fading, and stains. Properly removing stains and grime from suede necessitates the use of specialist techniques and equipment, including suede brushes.

Limitation: We have not been successful in removing Asphalt without peeling off the leather fabric. Asphalt become a permanent stain.

Tip: Never put padded jackets in a dryer. The heat will destroy the adhesive that attaches the pads to the fabric.

Delicate Care Item Processing Disclosure and Waiver Form
We acknowledge that despite the utmost care provided to customer items, there are instances where issues may arise after processing. For this reason, before accepting any item, customers are provided with the Delicate Care Item Processing Disclosure and Waiver Form 2025-02-01 to ensure transparency regarding potential risks.
Additionally, we make information about our Limited Liability Policy readily available below, allowing customers to review our policies even before visiting our laundry shop partners. Thank you.
LIMITED LIABILITY POLICY: Item based Pricing
All items accepted for service are covered by a limited liability policy which is not intended to question the value of an item or diminish its significance in any manner. This policy is implemented to align with our pricing structure, rooted in the categorization of items based on type or weight, and not contingent on their purchase value. Each item, regardless of its acquisition cost, is subjected to a standardized service price, ensuring fairness and consistency in our service transactions.
For the reason stated our COMPANY uses the Service Price as the basis of the liability of the Company should an item be lost or damaged. Should the COMPANY elect the option of paying the value of the item, its liability shall not exceed TEN (10) TIMES the service fee charged for laundering or dry-cleaning the subject item.
If a customer would like to be compensated based on the full purchase value of an item:
(a) Provide to our Company a copy of the purchase receipt before surrendering subject item for service.
(b) Service fee for cleaning the item will be 50% of the purchase price of the item.
The basis for the Full Value Option of the subject item shall be the service price recorded by the staff in the Claim Stub and official Receipt as paid by the customer.
Leather Care Limitations
The service we offer is Leather Cleaning, not Leather restoration which will cost 20X more. Even with our state-of-the-art technology, our service is only as good as the condition of the items we receive for cleaning.
ABSOLUTE Leather Care Service CANNOT:
- Remove Crumple Marks because of improper storage.
- Remove Color Fading and Leather rub marks which is a Patina on leather.
- Soften Hard Leather due to lack for regular conditioning
- Restore cracked and torn leather.
- Restore bald areas on SUEDE.
