Our service fees are carefully structured to reflect the level of care and expertise involved:
- Recovery service fee is 4 times the standard ABSOLUTE Dry-Cleaning service fee.
- For gowns and beaded items, the fee is 3 times the ABSOLUTE Dry-Cleaning service fee.
Please note, these rates apply only upon successful recovery of your garment. In cases where stains or damage remain, only the standard dry-cleaning service charge will apply. How to avail of the ABSOLUTE RECOVERY SERVICE
Procedure for ABSOLUTE Recovery Service
1. Email us your interest
Send an email expressing your interest in the ABSOLUTE Recovery Service. To aid our evaluation, kindly provide clear photographs of the item you wish to recover.
2. Submit your item for Standard Dry-Cleaning
- Bring your garment to any Partner Laundry Shop branch for the Standard Dry-Cleaning Service.
- Inform the attending staff to indicate “For Recovery Service Evaluation” in the instruction area.
3. Pay for Standard Dry-Cleaning
At this point, payment is required only for the Standard Dry-Cleaning Service.
4. Notify us of item submission
Please email ABSOLUTE your Claim Stub number to notify our team that your item has been submitted.
5. Item evaluation by ABSOLUTE
Upon receipt of the item from the partner branch, our expert team will carefully assess its condition. We will inform you of any pre-existing issues that may affect the recovery process and provide a detailed evaluation along with before-processing photographs.
6. Approval to proceed
After reviewing the evaluation, please confirm with us when you are ready to proceed with the Recovery Service.
7. Recovery Service processing
Our specialists will carry out the meticulous recovery process on your item.
8. Before-and-after documentation
Upon completion, we will provide you with before-and-after photographs showcasing the results of the Recovery Service.
9. Payment for Recovery Service
Payment can be conveniently made via GCash.
- If the Recovery Service is successful, the appropriate recovery fee applies.
- If not successful, only the initial Standard Dry-Cleaning fee will be charged.
10. Item collection
Once payment is received, ABSOLUTE will inform you of the date and time when the item will be ready for collection at the partner branch where you initially submitted it.

Flood Stained Wedding Gown
On July 22, 2025, this wedding story made headlines throughout the Philippines, and by the next day, the story had become viral across six continents. While the world marveled at the triumph of love over adversity, one question stood out for us at ABSOLUTE: How could we reach out to this remarkable couple and help recover the bride’s wedding gown, preserving all the memories woven into every fiber?
We were able to reach out to the groom, and soon the bride’s wedding gown and the groom’s Barong arrived at ABSOLUTE — still heavy with mud and saturated with the unmistakable, pungent scent of floodwater. The sight and smell were vivid reminders of how this loving couple proved that LOVE truly triumphs over adversity.

We began the meticulous process of recovering the gown and barong, employing every skill we learned from the International Association of Wedding Gown Specialists (https://weddinggownspecialists.com/) After days of careful treatment, the gown's transformation is captured in the photo above. We were overjoyed with the results. The gown was recovered to its pristine beauty, looking and smelling as if it had never been touched by floodwaters.
We are grateful to the couple for trusting us with their precious wedding ensembles. A wedding gown is more than just attire; it’s something you can see, touch, hold close, and someday pass on to the next generation. We did not only recover an article of clothing; we recovered a witness when love triumphed over adversity.

The Story of a Treasured Wedding Gown
- In 1991, a beautiful wedding gown graced a memorable ceremony in New York. This gown made its way to Cebu, Philippines, where it remained a beloved family heirloom, carrying with it enduring memories of love, hope, and new beginnings.
- In 2025, ABSOLUTE was honored to receive a request to restore this precious gown for the daughter’s upcoming wedding. Photographs provided by the owner were carefully reviewed by the International Association of Wedding Gown Specialists (AWGS), whose experts accepted the challenge. The gown was then air-shipped from Cebu to Manila for ABSOLUTE’s specialized recovery service.
- Guided by AWGS professionals with over 40 years of experience, the gown underwent a meticulous five-stage restoration process.

In our international trainings we are advised to disclose to customer to approach this service with the mindset: "NASIRA NA SIYA, PERO MAHAL KO PA RIN - HANDA AKONG SUBUKAN, KAHIT MAWALA MAN SIYA" Accept your cherished item is already damaged. This Recovery Service is one of HOPE, giving the item you LOVE a chance at a second life, even if it may face damage along the way.
