ABSOLUTE Recovery Service is designed to recover cherished garments woven with precious memories. Whether it’s an heirloom wedding gown, a handcrafted Barong and Filipiniana, a designer blouse, or even a treasured college jersey - our Recovery Service aims to bring the emotion and joy each garment carries into the present time.
With over 20 years of experience caring for delicate items and extensive international training, our team confidently offers this specialized recovery service — bringing sentimental items back to life so you can proudly share their timeless charm and happiness with the present generation.
Service fee costs 4x the service fee of ABSOLUTE Dry-Cleaning. For Gowns and Beaded items it is 3x the ABSOLUTE Dry-Cleaning service fee. BUT only if successful — basic service charge will apply if stains remains.
This is our Passion, at ABSOLUTE, we believe clothes are more than just style — they carry moments, milestones, and memories.

We have the experience, skill, and equipment to perform this specialized recovery service; however, we do not guarantee any specific results due to the existing condition of the item and the nature of the process.
From all our training, we are taught to inform customers to approach this service with the mindset:
“SIRA NA, WALA NANG MAWAWALA, PERO MAHAL KO PA RIN” — the item is already damaged, and this is an attempt to recover an item you Love.
If you are not willing to accept the risk that the item may sustain further damage, this service is not for you.

34 YEAR OLD WEDDING GOWN RECOVERED
THE STORY
- In 1991, this gown was worn at a beautiful Wedding in New York. Later, it journeyed to Cebu, Philippines, where the mother lovingly raised her family, carrying with it the memories of love, hope, and new beginnings.
- In 2025, ABSOLUTE received an email asking if this treasured gown could be brought back to life for the daughter’s wedding day. Photographs shared by the owner were digitally presented to the Global Association of Wedding Gown Specialists. The challenge was accepted, and the gown was air shipped from Cebu to Manila for ABSOLUTE Recovery service.
- Every step of the meticulous 5-stage recovery process was guided and reviewed by experts from the Global Association of Wedding Gown Specialists (AWGS) — professionals with over 40 years of experience in restoring wedding gowns.
- After 30 days of dedicated care, the gown was returned to its owner — with the effects of 34 years in storage significantly healed, shinning once more just as it did on that memorable day in 1991.

How to avail of the ABSOLUTE RECOVERY SERVICE
Our recommended procedure for ABSOLUTE Recovery Service is outlined below:
1. Email us your interest in availing the ABSOLUTE Recovery Service.
- It is helpful if you can provide photographs of the item to aid our evaluation.
2. Kindly submit your item for Standard Dry-Cleaning Service at any Partner Laundry Shop branch.
3. Please inform the attending staff to indicate “For Recovery Service Evaluation” in the instruction area.
4. At this stage, payment is required only for the Standard Dry-Cleaning Service.
5. We kindly request that you email ABSOLUTE your Claim Stub number to notify our team of your item’s submission.
6. Upon receipt, ABSOLUTE will conduct a careful evaluation of the item and will inform the customer regarding any pre-existing condition that may limit the processing to be provided to the item. We shall provide a detailed assessment of the item for recovery including before processing photographs.
7. Once you are ready, please advise us to proceed with the Recovery Service.
8. Should the Recovery Service be successful, we will provide you with before-and-after photographs of your item.
9. Payment for the Recovery Service may be made conveniently via GCash.
10. Upon receipt of payment, ABSOLUTE will provide the date and time when the item will be ready for collection.
The item will be available for collection at the branch where it was originally submitted.
