ABSOLUTE is the largest dry-cleaning company in Manila, and our size allows us to clean a wide range of items that require more specialized care than ordinary washing.

The items we clean include:

ABSOLUTE is proud to be Manila’s only dry-cleaner to maintain full online pricing disclosure. We publish our complete service rates on our website to provide clear, upfront pricing for everyone.

Partner branches accept cash and GCash for payment. At present, partner branches do not accept credit cards. Payment for the service is collected when you surrender your item for cleaning.

Turnaround time depends on the type of item entrusted for service. The service time for each item type is listed on our Price List page. The due date will be indicated on your claim stub at the time of service. 

As a general guide:

a) Items without foam or beads: 3 to 4 days
b) Items with beads: 5 to 6 days
c) Items with stuffing or foam: 7 to 8 days
d) Sneakers: 3 to 4 days
e) Boots: 5 to 6 days

We also provide Rush Service with a premium service fee.

1) Items without foam or beads: 48 Hours
2) Items with beads: 72 Hours minimum

We regret we do not provide same day or 24 Hour service. We believe your items needs the best possible care so you may look your ABSOLUTE BEST. If you need Rush service, send us an email for best coordination, do not forget to provide the date when items will be brought for service and when the item is needed. 

We offer a plant-based service model that has proven safe and reliable through more than 20 years of operations. While partner branches may carry different business names, ABSOLUTE is the company that will process the items entrusted for delicate care.

a. Bring your item to any of our 40 partner branches in Metro Manila. No appointment is necessary. Your item will be received at the branch, payment for the service will be collected, and a claim stub will be provided, indicating when your item will be ready. 

b. ABSOLUTE will pick up your item from the partner branch and provide the world-class garment care it requires. 

c. Your item will be returned to the same branch on the stipulated due date, ready for you to claim.

ABSOLUTE services are available through 40 trusted partner branches across Metro Manila. 

We always recommend that customers visit one of over 40 partner branches because it offers peace of mind. Wedding gowns, designer items, and luxury pieces are often worth thousands of pesos, making face-to-face turnover at a physical branch the safer option. It gives you the assurance of dealing with a REAL person, instead of entrusting your valuables to a faceless website or social media page where someone may run away with your item.

Nevertheless, for customers who require pick-up and delivery service, there are two options:

1. Most Economical
The customer books a rider. Once the item is received at METROPOLE Branch 56, P. Guevarra, San Juan, the service fee may be paid via GCash. When the item is ready, the customer books a rider again for claiming. No processing fee will be charged. Direct link to Branch 56.

2. More Convenient
Customers may book a pick-up and delivery service through METROPOLE Logistics. A processing fee will be charged. Direct link to the METROPOLE Website Page.

We provide options, but when the item matters, we believe the safest way to begin is face-to-face at one of our partner branches. We hope this helps.

Yes. For over 20 years, ABSOLUTE has been trusted by the hospitality industry for linen service and F&B-related items. Because our work includes delicate items and hotel linens, we do not allow hospital linen processing to share the same vehicles, carts, or cleaning equipment.
